Meet the team behind our new I&T center
Our Integration & Test (I&T) Center in Golden, Colorado is a dedicated satellite fulfillment center, where Loft delivers satellites at scale to the space industry. Our team supports every part of the process, from receiving, to inspection, to integrating, testing and shipping all in one facility. The satellites are then launched and operated by Loft.

Israel Dominguez | Satellite Technician
I thrive on the challenges we face at work. They constantly keep me on my toes, always pushing me to think outside the box and solve problems in real time. That’s one of the things I love most about being an aerospace technician—it’s never the same routine, and I’m always learning something new.
Tessa Reuber | Project Engineer
Serving as the internal project manager for the buildout of the I&T Center has been an incredible journey, offering invaluable insights into Loft’s operations and future direction! This experience has not only deepened my understanding of our processes, but also unlocked growth opportunities, steering my focus toward production planning. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to keep expanding my skill set alongside such a talented and dedicated team.
Diego Benavidez | AI&T Technician Lead
Joining Loft showed me that the sky is not a limit, but a launching point—a playground where engineering and human ingenuity make anything possible. As the Lead Technician, I’m proud to oversee complex system integrations and lead a very talented team in solving engineering challenges and driving production progress.
Bob Peszek | I&T Spacecraft Manager
I feel privileged as an I&T leader to guide this team through the rapid growth phase we’re in. Developing the team, optimize I&T processes to enhance efficiency, and attracting new talent while creating the culture that breeds success are just a few of the initiatives we take on daily. Designing for success and keeping space simple will be the foundation as we grow this company to be a global leader in space!
Geoff Rabinowitz | Head of Operations
I greatly appreciate all the people that have helped turn our vision into reality. The folks ‘behind the scenes’ are the ones that are really making it happen, and enabling us to reach our dreams.
Bridgit van Hooser | Inventory Specialist
Loft is an always-evolving adventure that provides continuous learning opportunities and personal growth. My favorite part of my day is knowing I support such a close-knit, talented team.
Scott Buchholz | Facilities Lead
In my Facilities role, I am privileged to see projects like the I&T Center come together from infancy. It is a challenging but exciting journey to be a part of. It has been a great pleasure to work with the cross-functional groups to ensure all the teams have the facility they need to set up Loft and our satellites for success for many years to come.
Max Kaplan | Engineering Technician
I have had the incredible opportunity to be a part of the development and production of the next two constellations of satellites that we will launch. My time at Loft has taught me that with hard work and dedication, we can push the limits of what’s possible. I’ve met some of the most intelligent and committed people here, all working towards a common goal. Loft has empowered me to make a meaningful impact within my team, and I am excited to contribute to the future of our space infrastructure.
Kevin Huey | Inventory and Logistics Lead
I feel honored to work at Loft, having come from a non-space background previously. It is a truly talented team that has been put together here. I am proud to have helped develop the team and play a role in the bigger picture. It still amazes me everyday that we design, engineer, and build products that go into Space!
Stefan Kienle | Technical Director of AIT
It has been a joy to be part of the growth of Loft from the idea of the first satellites through the launch of several and the construction of a formidable space infrastructure!
Grant Novota | Test Engineer
At Loft, I’ve embraced both the opportunities and challenges of my role, contributing to the development of the testing equipment and processes essential for launching a new constellation of satellites. It has been incredibly rewarding to help bring Loft’s space infrastructure to life.
Luke Engelken | Test Engineer
The speed and efficiency we achieve at Loft are a testament to the incredible team we’ve assembled. No problem is too difficult, and no hurdle is too high.
Check out our walk-through of the facility featuring our own Head of Operations, Geoff Rabinowitz and the I&T team.
Our 13,000 square foot facility features ISO-8 cleanrooms and space for inventory, assembly and rework, satellite storage, satellite production, environmental testing, and research and development. Once the satellites leave this building, they’re on their way to space. This is an important part of how we make space simple.
This series of team features is intended to spotlight our different teams at Loft and the important work they do!
